I absolutely love baking, and since I use an air oven rather than a traditional stove, this soft white loaf has become my dependable, go-to recipe. It’s simple, satisfying, and perfectly fluffy every time — ideal for sandwiches, toast, or just warm from the rack with a generous spread of butter.
