Days without time are folds in the continuum of life, indecipherable by their lack structure, endless in their unperturbed state.
Today eschews time. The sky is thin grey – no sun. Earth’s spin hides its presence. No hands or glowing lights hint at progress through this day. Hunger and weariness whisper clues but give no clarity.
I have one goal today. When – if – I reach it I will celebrate but not mark the moment. Days without time allow us to shape experiences to suit our needs. All day? An instant? Or what’s between?
Today’s joy – or disappointment – will be timeless, like this day.
