Hi! I’ve had a Brownie, a pocket Kodak, a Pentax 35mm, and then a Canon Powershot (early one? tiny images). Once I realized that image size mattered for printing I invested in a larger Canon, and then another – larger – one. That last one was 3 years ago and I’m STILL trying to get a clear image out of it. π
Tbh, the best photography I ever did (for sale) was with the little Canon, close runner-up was the Pentax.
Re accessories: LOVELOVELOVE the Lensbaby lenses!
I miss taking photos. Playing with light was such a joy.
Your photography is very, very special! Wonderful work.

::applause:: Excellent ideas! And fun!
This article inspired me to share a story on social media (Bluesky). I already told most of it on my old personal blog but the “reach” there was limited. It’s about the life-size soft sculpture model I created for drawing practice and how nearly everything went wrong.
Note: I’ve tried to attach a photo but that’s not working for some reason so here’s a link to one: https://bsky.app/profile/artbyrobinking.bsky.social/post/3lyus3cpoy22l

Another note! The image upload worked!
