Sometimes you may need to remove a live post temporarily or return it to draft for further editing. The OAM blog makes this simple:

    1. Log in to your OAM dashboard.
    2. Go to Posts → All Posts and locate the post you wish to unpublish.
    3. Click the post title to open it in the editor.
    4. In the right-hand panel under Status & Visibility, click the current status (Published).
    5. Select Draft or Private depending on your preference:
      • Draft — removes the post from public view until you republish it.
      • Private — hides the post from the public but allows logged-in administrators and editors to see it.
    6. Click Update to apply the change.

    When to Unpublish a Post

    • To correct errors or update outdated information.
    • To pause content while waiting for approval or revisions.
    • To remove time-sensitive announcements once they are no longer relevant.
