There are many ways to add an author box to your site, this video is for just a few.
One method would be to install and activate Guerrilla’s Author Box plugin.
Each author will need to add their own biographical information and links to their user profiles which can be done under Users, Your Profile or you as an administrator you can edit users yourself under Users, All users.
Your authors will want to ensure they have their photo on Gravatar for their photo to appear properly.
A second option would be to install and activate the Meks Smart Author Widget plugin.
Once activated go under Appearance, Widgets to find the new widget for you to add where you would like in your widgets area.
There are many options available but the most important would be to enable Automatically detect author.
You would also want to ensure authors have added their information from their WordPress profile.
The third method would be to edit your functions.php file with the code from our written article.
