The best camera in the world is what you have in your hand.
I shoot paid stuff on a D3200 that I’ve had for 6 years. It’s not hard to get excellent shots if you know how to use your camera, or any camera. The D3300 isn’t a piece of shit just because you don’t know how to use it. A pro can take good photos on anything, regardless of how “shitty” you think the camera is. You come across as elitist as hell
he has a cheapo camera with great glass, it balances out

Unless glass is identical or equal aperture and focal length (taking into account the crop factor) this comparison is moot and silly and without merit.
Trust me, that "worst" camera would help you being the "best" photographer someday. The camera, not being an advanced piece of tech, actually let's "you" think on your own and develop your instincts. That's what matters.

I'm a school photojournalist and I just borrowed the camera from our school and some local store here always ask me to take photos for their own ads but I can't use the camera off school because it's for school use so every opportunity comes up I just loss it🙂
