A Plea to All Human Beings

Do not let hate be dressed as virtue.
Do not mistake cruelty for strength.
We have seen how lies, repeated,
become the air we breathe—
poison disguised as common sense.
Racism is not a debate.
Misogyny is not tradition.
Violence cannot be justified
by the mouths that swear they oppose it.
I beg you—
look past the banners,
the shouting,
the false divisions.
We are one people,
and we will not survive fractured.
Let us remember the truth:
our power is in compassion,
our safety is in justice,
our future is in each other.
Stand up.
Speak out.
Choose love, even when it is hardest.
For silence, now,
is surrender.
