This time you are looking for ‘Premium Features’
The payment is an annual automatic subscription taken from the card you have in the Premium Features area
On that page see when the payment is due…
You now have three options
- Close the account yourself using the Close Account button on your Settings page. This will close the free and the premium so you will have no account open.
- Contact us to close the premium side and leave the free up, using the email you use on the site.
- Contact us anyway if you have purchased within 30 days, letting us know what you would like to do, so we can refund you, using the email you use on the site.
If you wish to close your premium and free account, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Go to the SETTINGS section.
Look for the CLOSE ACCOUNT option.
