I must confess that I spend quite a bit of time sitting at the computer. \u00a0\u00a0Strike Two.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I decided to do some research before Strike Three.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I found that there are several drug free, non-invasive things that we can do ourselves to keep the lymphatic system\u2019s drainage going, even if one or more nodes are clogged up or blocked.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Movement.\u00a0 Get up.\u00a0 Move.\u00a0 Move your body.\u00a0 Massage your skin with dry brushing and SHAKE!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What did I have to lose by trying the shaking method again?\u00a0 Pain!\u00a0\u00a0 I could lose the pain from a clogged lymph node. \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>So I started shaking.\u00a0 Two minutes of shaking.\u00a0 That\u2019s all the time I spent shaking.\u00a0 Two minutes a day.\u00a0 Shaking my arms out at my side.
