Spring cleaning. Holiday cleaning.\u00a0 Company cleaning. Whole house cleaning.<\/p>\n

These are names for all over cleaning that goes beyond your daily or weekly chores.<\/p>\n

If you live where there are distinct seasons it\u2019s helpful to do an all over house cleaning in the spring.\u00a0 You get rid of all that has accumulated over the past several months.\u00a0 During the winter it\u2019s too cold to wash windows, for example.\u00a0 Once spring arrives you can open the windows and \u201cair out\u201d the house.<\/p>\n

Then there\u2019s Holiday cleaning.\u00a0 You may be moving furniture before setting up a Christmas tree or other holiday decorations and you discover how much dust collects in those unseen places.<\/p>\n

Holiday cleaning sometimes overlaps Company cleaning.\u00a0 Friends or family are coming to celebrate the holidays with you and you want to welcome them into a nice clean house.<\/p>\n

All of those above cleanings fall into the Whole House Cleaning category.\u00a0 That\u2019s when you do it all even if it takes an entire weekend.\u00a0 You start at the top knocking cobwebs off the ceiling, fans, around crown moulding and down the wall\u2019s corners.\u00a0\u00a0 You end up cleaning the floors, sweeping, dust mopping, vacuuming and wet mopping.\u00a0\u00a0 Dusting and washing everything in between the ceiling and floors completes the whole house cleaning. It also involves moving furniture to clean the hidden spaces.<\/p>\n

I used to be able to clean an entire house in a day.\u00a0 I would get up early one morning and work 10-12 hours or more.\u00a0 When I fell into bed exhausted the entire house was spotless.<\/p>\n

Company is coming today and I spent the last day and a half cleaning.\u00a0 Guess what?\u00a0 A day and a half and it\u2019s not all done!\u00a0 Most of it is done.\u00a0 The most obvious is done.\u00a0 But not all of it all over the entire place is finished.<\/p>\n
